In late January, early February I traveled to the far north of Norway to an area know as Lofoten.  Lofoten is mountains, fjords, wild beaches and picturesque fishing villages.  Thanks to our workshop leaders, Matt Seuss and Dr Kah-Wai Lin we explored the area in depth, spending long hours in the cold, wind and snow behind our tripods.  The weather was – well the weather was Norway in the winter.  Great for creating wonderful images during the many breaks in the clouds each day and night.  A selection of images from the trip is here.  I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I did making them.
