The Olympic Peninsula, comprised mostly of The Olympic National Park, is nature gone wild.  From pristine beaches (with colorful names like First Beach and Second Beach 😋) to dense forests, waterfalls, lakes and snow covered peaks. It is a photographic wonderland and I spent a week there in April of both 2022 and 2023.  The forests in particular offer unique photograpic opportunities, difficult to achieve because they are so dense and so overwhelmingly colorful.  Many of the images here are in black and white because I felt, in monotone, one could see the compositions and not be overwhelmed with green.  I hope you enjoy the journey.
